Security and confidentiality are of paramount importance to both LLR and our clients, therefore we have well-tested systems in place to maintain our high standards.

Client documents are collected and returned by our own company vehicles, driven by LLR staff. For security reasons we never use external couriers and our company vehicles are all unmarked. Our drivers wear LLR workwear and carry id passes for ease of identification.

All files and documents are retained in a secure environment whilst they are in our care - each member of the LLR team has security clearance and is aware of the emphasis we place on confidentiality.

We can electronically store documents that have been scanned if requested by the client. We also offer secure destruction of confidential waste if required.
