Security and confidentiality are of paramount importance to both London Legal and our clients, therefore we have well-tested and accredited systems in place to maintain our high standards.

Client documents are collected and returned by our own company vehicles, driven by London Legal staff. For security reasons we never use external couriers and our company vehicles are all unmarked. Our drivers wear distinctive workwear and carry id passes for ease of identification.

All files and documents are retained in a secure environment whilst they are in our care - each member of the London Legal team has security clearance and is aware of the emphasis we place on confidentiality.

We can electronically store documents that have been scanned onto a secure server if requested by the client. We also provide secure destruction of confidential waste as required.
