At London Legal our clients' security and confidentiality is paramount to us and therefore our procedures and processes are tested and regularly audited, ensuring that we stay ahead of any new implementations. Some of the areas that are continually being reviewed are: Secure rooms - which can be 'locked down' for dealing with particularly sensitive data or documents. Robust business continuity procedures - this includes data being held at a secure off-site tier 3 datacenter. Security awareness training - keeping security at the front of our employees' minds. Segregated areas for each client's documents - both physically and electronically. Legal compliance for submitting electronic data. Secure premises in the heart of the City. All files and documents are retained in a secure environment. Every member of the London Legal team has security clearance to their own level and is aware of the emphasis on confidentiality. Secure Data Destruction – All paper waste is placed in secure bins and then destroyed to DIN security level 4 standard. Additionally we securely destroy waste HDD's/CD's/DVD's. In-house delivery – we have (employ) our own vans and drivers so that your documents will always remain in our carriage when being delivered between sites. Delivery - Full custodian of tracking. Using state of the art technology, we can provide our clients with real time analysis of delivery times. Our clients can log in and track the delivery of their order at any time. Upon delivery, they are notified through their preferred platform, and provided with 'Proof of Delivery' signatures and photos.' UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) is the sole national accreditation body recognised by the British Government to assess organisations that provide certification, testing and inspection services.
