During the scanning process LLR’s digital imaging team will apply the client’s preferred method of indexing to enable quick and logical document retrieval. This choice can be especially important when large volumes are scanned for archiving, or for sets of project documents.

The basic method is to assign an index mimicking the existing paper filing structure, but there are various options and combinations which our scanning team can provide, from adding bookmarks and hyperlinks to creating complex systems with multiple search fields.

LLR regularly compile electronic bibles for our clients. E-bibles offer the most comprehensive indexing system and consist of a table of documents (bookmarks and hyperlinks can also be added) with a word search facility for quick and easy navigation. They are presented on customised cd/dvds in the client's corporate style or with details as required.
